GTA5: 1261 hours 

The Witcher 3: 806 hours 

GTA5 is mostly single player paythroughs too, spent very little time online and one could add another 250 hours on 360. I doubt FF14 is accurate, I use to fall asleep with that game still on and had it running some days in the background while not playing. Probably could cut out 1000 hours and I'd be more accurate.

Star Ocean Till the End of Time (PS2) = 110 hours

Genshin Impact: 2096h (also since launch in 2020)

Street Fighter 5: last I saw was around 700h. I deleted it shortly after I got SF6

Star Rail will quickly replace SF5 and be in the top 3. It's currently at 402h after just 1 year

i have only played three Playstation games: TLoU:pt1 (~50hr), Astro Bot (~22hr), Astro's Playroom (~1.5-2hr). (The latter two were Platinum'd.)

I don't know exact numbers for PS3 titles, but I am very certain that I played GTA 4 and Skate 2 a whole lot more than both of those CoD games. I played much less in the PS4 times in general.

And I bet you haven't finished Binding of Issac fully. I own the game but it intimidates me, a game that has such simple controls being apparently that addictive can't be a good thing.
