Well that is interesting. The holiday boost is clearly over, Switch dropping a massive 55% this week, yet PS5 sales only dropped 11%.

So was the PS5's lack of a holiday boost due to supply constraints and not demand? Because otherwise this doesn't really make sense to me. The PS5 is almost selling as well now as it was at Christmas.

That was a quick week. Probably why they only had time to sell 40k Switches

I believe that ps5 sales will remain at around 35 thousand until the release of ff VII rebirth when it should have a boost of 90 thousand and then fall back to 35 thousand again

I also can't believe Famitsu is still choosing to track 3ds sales this year. Before the 3ds the lowest annual sales of a console they continued to track was 21k. 3DS sold 3k last year lol...

Big Switch drop as expected, the question is how long till it falls to the 30's and the PS5 is holding up decently so far.

I saw someone say it might have something to do with Nintendo getting two slots.

Holiday drop for the Switch and yet on top of not too much changed PS5. Will we see both baseline decline in the following weeks or will it remain steady for the remaining weeks of this fiscal quarter ...

Anywoo, I'mma gonna compare Switch 2024 to Switch 2018 since that's where I think it'll seat to closest. Fair headway to gain or remain stable until the next end of the year season.

Was there any reports about PS5 being out of stock during the Holiday period? I feel we would have heard something if it was the case.
