#29 has already been remastered a couple times and is still a highly requested remake instead of having to jump through hoops to be able to play the original. Here's a screenshot of a fan remake work in progress using Unreal engine
O

Ocarina of Time obviously.

Yeah, too iconic to make it difficult to guess. You can play it on Switch but not in any convenient way.

  • Turn on your Switch
  • On the home screen, open the Nintendo Switch Online tab
  • Scroll down to the Membership Options & Support tab
  • In this menu, renew or change your membership to include the Expansion Pack service
  • Now you have access to the Nintendo Switch Online N64 titles
  • Open the Nintendo eShop
  • Scroll down to the Nintendo Switch Online tab
  • Scroll down to the Nintendo 64 – Nintendo Switch Online icon
  • Download the app
  • Open the app
  • Enjoy Ocarina of Time and many other Nintendo 64 games!

I'm no fan of NSO, but this is a disingenuously convoluted explanation. For example...

I'd love to play Kirby's Dream Buffet, but it's not available in any convenient way

  • Turn on your Switch
  • On the home screen, open the Nintendo eShop tab
  • Scroll down to the search option.
  • Type in 'Kirby's Dream Buffet'
  • Click on the game to purchase it
  • Now you have access to Kirby's Dream Buffet
  • Download the game
  • Return to your Switch's home menu
  • Open the game
  • Enjoy Kirby's Dream Buffet

Hinting it up again:

29) Starts the way the last game teased, but definitely not in the way people expected

This game has two characters that fit the titular moniker

Another fitting titles for these games would be Gods and Monsters

27) Starts with falling

Behind the jokes there's a fairly dark story

Don't trust the flower

26) Who doesn't love annograms?

You have a party of characters instead of just one

A more fitting name for the battle theme would be Move Buster

Try out my free game on Steam

2024 OpenCritic Prediction Leagues:

Nintendo | PlayStation | Multiplat

A few incorrect guesses, but none of these have correctly been guessed yet. Second set of hints it is then;

#30: Even though your character and your immediate team members are new characters, this game also features many familiar faces from the tv-series this game is based on.
Hint 2: It also features many of the show's enemies, like a certain famous collective, and even their immune adversaries. Guessed by Machina - Star Trek: Voyager - Elite Force

#29: This game features a rather original solution to prevent you from going out of bounds as you'll just get blown away halfway across the map if you try.
Hint 2: This happens in two of the game modes, which feature a big open desert area for you to drive in, when you ride up the steep cliffs on the edges and actually manage to reach the top.

#28: Gone in 60 minutes.
Hint 2: Not you though, rather your objective who will be dead in 60 minutes. Guessed by drbunnig - Prince of Persia (1989)

#27: Though this is technically made by another company, it was branded by its publisher as part of a well-known, wider series where each game's name has a certain prefix.
Hint 2: That series deals with a whole bunch of themes; like ants, earth and cities.

#26: Try to keep your units away from the 'inquisitors', they're relentless and basically always win.
Hint 2: Even your highest ranking family members aren't really safe, especially if you aren't sufficiently catholic. I guess it's because of those inquisitors' high 'piety'.

#26 - If Mnementh is right about #27 then it would make sense for this to be Deltarune.

#30: OK, this *has* to be a Star Trek game. Problem is, there is a lot of them. Like really, really many. So let's skew recent-ish (meaning last 20 years instead of up to the 70s) and maybe console. I hear people like Bridge Crew, so let's go with this one.

#27: Uh, I don't really know which one is not by Maxis, Sim Town maybe?
