Probably not much in Japan.  They have their own Japanese voice actress.

I doubt it. Tho Xbox has come a long way. 7 months ago the 360 had a nice percentage of all the XBox consoles sold in Japan. Now it is still the highest but is not as nice.

Switch lite only sold last year because nothing else was available and the lite was still widely produced. Nintendo has switched(ha!) production to the hybrid versions as outside of that anomaly the lite simply doesn't sell well despite the lower price.

Well, considering how the inflation goes right now, it's actually pretty difficult to drop prices. Sony actually raised prices due to this, which was pretty much unthinkable until then.

I had a feeling that the PS5 would do really well this week. On Amazon JP best sellers, the Horizon bundle was ahead of the Switch. But I wasn't expecting it to actually reach the first place.

I think PS5 will beat Switch this week at the global charts, since it is already winning on America and Europe for a couple of weeks.

Kinda just goes to show Nintendo's market has changed (maybe it was always this way frankly). People don't want the most bargain basement, cheaper, most portable option when presented with higher end versions.
