Hey, you still exist. Have not seen a post from you in a very long time, while you were active more than 10 years ago.

2021 now needs to win the remaining six weeks by an average of 23k units in order to beat 2020. That's not impossible, but a big stockpile better be released into the market next week, especially of the OLED model.

That's not likely to happen. I don't think 2021 can win.

That's low for SMTV

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Seems like smt 5 had the 3rd best opening in the franchise
Pretty good, looking forward to seeing how long it's legs are

With digital it's most likely the series highest opening.

Not bad for SMTV. Nice to know that digital is a thing after all in Japan.

and we' re go

SMTV is pretty poor with the Switch install base taken in account. Maybe Pokemon did have an effect.

Speaking of Pokemon it has to do some heavy lifting compared to Age of Calamity in the next few weeks.

45 139.200 90.517
46 116.267 87.267
47 179.143
48 145.178
49 204.622
50 229.698
51 263.304
52 278.173

PS5 desperately needs stock, and PS4 won't make 9.5m after all.

Ouch at those PS5 numbers.
Less than double Xbox in Japan is just surreal to see.
Switch accounts for approximately 90% of all Japanese hardware this week.
