Very good FW numbers for SMTV, probably the highest in the series?

Going by the breakdown, Switch and PS5 seem supply constrained. Xbox has exactly the same number overall, but the breakdown shows that Mr. Sakurais Xbox Series X was actually a rarity, instead Series S was more widely available.

Shin Megami Tensei tops the charts unsurprisingly, has anyone opening numbers of earlier installments for comparison?

Dragon Quest X opens double as strong on Switch than PS4.

3DS-FC: 4511-1768-7903 (Mii-Name: Mnementh), Nintendo-Network-ID: Mnementh, Switch: SW-7706-3819-9381 (Mnementh)

my greatest games: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023

10 years greatest game event!

bets: [peak year] [+], [1], [2], [3], [4]

Good week for SMTV. Not a great week for hardware though...Switch slightly down, PS5 WAY down, and XBS with the exact same number as last week (?!).  Also, Series S moves ahead of Series X YTD.

(I accidentally posted it twice, how do I delete this one?)

It sounds good when you say "For the People", but what you really want is... a stronger army than the Knights, and the evil power to control the people.

Great debut for Shin Megami Tensei V.

Week 1 sales of SMT IV were higher (187.139 units), but if SMT V had a physical/digital ratio of at least 75% / 25%, then it must have sold more (at least 190,000 units).

For Famitsu, SMT IV did 184k on 11 million 3DS's in 2013.

Well crap, I thought SMT V had blown it out of the water.

I thought this was SMT big chance to grow as a series like Persona did when it's sales exploded with Persona 4: Golden and suddenly became a million seller.

Maybe in the west it'll see a big increase over SMT IV.

AC nearing 7m at retail.

That is the closest I have ever seen PlayStation and Xbox in Japan.
Jeez, those supply constraints are no joke.
