I'd say Pikmin 3 but I just finished replaying it and I don't see myself playing it for a while. Fantastic game, though. I can't see myself playing it without the Wii remote and second screen combo, though.

I'm gonna say Starfox Zero with fixed controls.

Haven't they ported everything they made on WiiU already? Enough with the ports.
If ever, the only port that would actually make sense for Switch is Kid Icarus from 3DS.
