I used to, everyday, but it's so boring. Not doing it at the moment, but will go back to shape up.

I guess it depends on body type. I was 220 pounds with little muscle, and don't get me wrong, I wasn't *that* overweight. But if that's you in your avatar, then you appear to be way more in shape than me.
I try to get into the gym 2-3 times per week, I have a fairly physical job at the minute so I don't need to be in the gym as much as I used to be.

Yep, I do weightlifting 4-5d/wk. Big sports guy, and I still play rugby and soccer during part of the year.
I used to workout a bit more, but I've fallen behind greatly. I used to do a HIIT routine I found over the internet. It consisted of 20 secs high knees, 20 secs squats,, 20 secs burpees, but I added 20 secs of jumping jacks at the end, with about a minute of rest. I rarely reach 5 sets, sometimes settling with 3, and while it has shown to work a bit, it exhausts my body. I know I should pick up on it, but I really hate feeling out of breath.
Yes. I go to the gym 4 times a week.
I used to go once or twice a week, but on July I made the goal of going 4 times a week, and I'm loving it.

Yeah, I guess so. And yes, it's me on my avatar. I go 4 to 6 times a week to the gym
When I was younger it was all gym, but that just got meaningless and boring after so many years, cycling is where it's at for me, outside, seeing the world, exploring, and feeling the sun on my back, it just feels more real to me :)
