I used to workout a bit more, but I've fallen behind greatly. I used to do a HIIT routine I found over the internet. It consisted of 20 secs high knees, 20 secs squats,, 20 secs burpees, but I added 20 secs of jumping jacks at the end, with about a minute of rest. I rarely reach 5 sets, sometimes settling with 3, and while it has shown to work a bit, it exhausts my body. I know I should pick up on it, but I really hate feeling out of breath.
