I've really slacked off in the past 5 years and am trying to get back into it. It's pathetic cuz I used to be such a freaking athlete in high school and college and now I'm an out-of-shape, skinny-fat, moob-sporting, pepperoni-nippled couch potato. Case in point: A week ago, I went running for the first time in a year, got to a mile and pulled a muscle. I'm now fat AND injured. Next stop is Type II diabetes and an oxygen tank. My teenage self would kick my ass if he met me now.
So yeah, I run occasionally.
