Going back through Metroid Prime Trilogy for grins. I'm in my happy place.
Zelda, Persona 5, Nioh, Nier Automata, RDR2, Horizon ZD, Spla2oon, Prey, Rime, Yooka Laylee, Mario Odyssey, Outlast 2, Routine, Mass Effect, Ni No Kuni 2.
So many good games to look forward to in 2017!
The Evil Within might be the best game I've played this year. 18 hours and I didn't want it to end. Fantastic experience!

Solid post, Platina - I enjoyed reading it. However, I cant tell whether youre referring to best year creatively, critically or commercially? Or maybe a combination of all three? Creatively, I would say no. Nintendo hasnt been at their peak creatively in a long time, as far as inventing new IP. Critically and commercially, I would say absolutely one of their best years besides 2007....

About Me: Been a classic gamer (NES, SNES, Genesis) most of my life until 2012 when I broke down and jumped into more current generations. Bought a PS3, Wii U and 3DS in the next year and have really enjoyed all three. My backlog is ridiculous, though.
Adult responsibilities keep me from gaming as much as I'd like and I probably won't play all the games I want to before I die. I'll still try, though.
Ask anything. I'm pretty open. :)
