Couldn't be more simple actually.I expect that if you are going to involve yourself in some kind of conspiracy, at least the people you are conspiring with and against need to know about it or there is no conspiracy.
Oh and I replied about the subpoenaed evidence. My response just states well known facts from the constitution, and precedent from the courts. Congress does not get to impinge on executive privilege, except as the courts allow.
