Mature game or grown up games= Games children should not be playing because it is not age appropriate but somehow are still playing and are the reason those games sell like amazingly well.

It really wasn't! :p That thing was a Video CD player more than a game console. Though 7th Guest was fun at the time, as was Lost Eden.
However I'd say the 3D0 could probably claim that crown. Some epic games on that.

To OP: It's cool man being a fan of a company isn't an obligation to love everything they do. Don't be afraid of crucifixion because you shift preferences with each console iteration. Variety and changes are what keep gaming fun for me.

haha yeah 3DO had some great games hey! I'd agree it's better than the Wii.

You can never be to old for Nintendo games.
If you claim you are then you are probably to young to play Nintendo games.
If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing

it sure had Okami, RE4, Fatal Frame and Devil May Cry which are among your more liked games if I remember right, were they bland and soulless too? have you tried the RPGs it had?
