I wish they'd use the extra horsepower just to add proper AA so the game doesn't look too aliased on my TV.

That being said, I'll get both back when they're re-released (I sold most of my Wii stuff when I got the Wii U). Along with SM3DW, they're my favourite Mario games ever. Especially the first Galaxy game. There's just something magical about that one. =D

Crazy that that is the case. Gamecube has so many gems that people would buy Day 1 if they re-released them

Considering how old these games are, they should be ten bucks. But seeing as how they're crazy expensive everywhere else for no particular reason I guess I can't complain to much

Seems that way unfortunately. The games look great but it would have been awesome to see them get a bump to 1080p
