Not surprised by the 1 million + figures, it was destined to be a huge BF, even Scandinavia are going crazy with BF offers and US numbers should be beyond huge. I think this week might not get beat in any week of December for the One and PS4, the Wii U might slightly improve upon it.

If that's the case, xbox one not only won NPD but also BF meaning ps4 took the lead thanks to Europe. xbox one really did a turnaround at least in US and UK. Expecting huge gap this week in the US between the 2.

Just 100k difference worldwide must mean a very comfortable win in the US for X1. NPD isn't even going to be close

200K~ isn't massively substantial.

+/- 20% on the numbers. That could mean similar to shown, huge win for PS4 or even overall WW win for XBone.

I would wait before jumping the prelim #s as Brett's final answer. 20% margin is big on 1M+ numbers.

If it really is 1.2M PS4 and 1.1M XBone, and XBone can sustain some decent sales, I fully expect a PR announcement in January from MS saying "due to the incredible response to the pricing of $329, we've decided to extend the holiday period promotion to be a permanent price". They won't dare go back to $399, if they know what's good for them.

And that will just irk the PS4 beast. $299-349 PS4 incoming
