I am not worried if we will have a vast world to explore, with many collectibles and secrets.

The demo is going to take 1 hour to complete the main mission directly, and 3 to 4 hours to explore and find everything. That is only a demo, now imagine the whole world.

So you the dodge is automatic or not ? I dont understand

What do you mean by automatic? I'm sure that you'll have to press a button to dodge, we just don't know what button yet. It's possible that it's a face button and the game randomly picks a direction to dodge in or that you can modify the direction yourself by combining the face button press with the left stick, or the dodge could be tied to L1/R1 (or LB/RB on Xbox One) so that you can choose to dodge left or right. Either way I'm sure that the game doesn't just auto dodge attacks for you.

Reading the interviews, it sounded like you just had to press the button as long as you want then your character dodge all the attacks coming , and this is how everyone everywhere understood them

It's just how the negative portion of everyone's brain reacted to the news.  Everyone has to remember this doesn't take into account area attacks.  You might not be able to dodge those.  Also if you're controlling one character and dodging, what about your other party members?  Surely they don't just only dodge, so you'd have to make sure that they stay alive so you can initiate combos and disperse enemy attacks evenly among party members.

Oooh back when the game was still developed on ps3 they said the overworld was so big it needed loading screens from one big area to the next.:)

Will prob be no problem anymore on ps4 :)

This would ruin the game.

The Final Fantasy series died with Final Fantasy X. So I can never get excited about the series again.

I personally liked FF12.For myself the downhill was FF13 and what came after.

Battle looks like its going to be like this through out the game.

I say it is complex, but also accessible. You know what they say.. Easy to learn, but hard to master.

Damn. I hope this is how the combat will be.

FF12 was one of the best.

I think his choice of words was stupid, but some of you are just insane.

The combat system seems like batman games. Where the basic system is contextual and fluid and easy to play and beat on normal like Batman, and KH are. Hopefully this game will have harder modes (like Kingdom Hearts, Batman, and Lightning Returns), where it allows you to do extra things.

Though it could be like crisis core which WAS one button action pretty much.

And had pretty terrible gameplay (Though I still liked the game a lot). Type 0's and T3B had a lot better gameplay.

FFXII, and KOTOR have no button action a lot of the time as most battles you don't have to press anything, but are still really complex (though those games have 4 party members you can directly control).
