yes I did play them and they look way more "fantasy" than this new trailer ..maybe its just the outside world but for now it is how it is.

Square doesn't have the money to wait another ten years so he can finish FFXV then go work on KHIII. They need both games out in the next couple of years.

I think that`s kinda the point though. Square has constantly preached that this is a realistic fantasy and a more darker game since its VXIII days. I do agree that it looks vastly different from previous FFs and that much of the fantasy may be lost. But I kinda like the new direction this game is taking.

We know what you're saying, this is not an old fashioned FF, but we knew that from the first trailer already when they said this is a fantasy based on reality. It's a new thing they're trying and one needs to be openminded not to discard anything unfamiliar right away.
