If nintendo fans are doing this kind of thing mean they aren't confident it will sell well. Anyway good luck with that.

I so not understand all the negativity in this thread.

Half the comments make no sense to me.

I believe that was confirmed at some point or at least alleged by doctre81 during his last huge thread about how awesome the WiiU is about to do.  At least one Nintendo fan youtuber had doctre81 on their show to talk about the John Lucas thread.  

Seems like JP Kellams, creative producer at Platinum Games, is on board with supporting #OperationPlatinum, as he wants supporters to send him designs for a T-shirt that he'll wear to Tokyo Game Show this year.

So yeah, it's been stated already, but this game is published by Nintendo.

Whether it sells a million or not will do absolutely diddly-squat for third party publishers and their perception of the system.

The optimist in me thinks it could make it to a million over a couple years though, but only because of all the chatter concerning the exclusivity has generated. Many many people who had no idea the first game even existed has been hearing about Bayonetta 2 because of it.

I'm sure it'll make it to 1 million lifetime.

Rename it Fifty Shades of Greyonetta...
