Chinese people do have a more or less positive stance towards America. Just contrary as the stance towards Japan - it's really poisoned by the deeds in WWII.

Given the size of china, and its current growth, i'd tell there are more people with the means to buy a console there than in France for example.

I addressed this in a prior post. The comment I replied to didn't mention anything about the poll being randomized or "it's at the end of a PS4 article, so people already interested in PS4 were the ones taking the poll". It merely said "it's only 5000 people, ignore it". Hence the presidential election example showing that you don't need a 1,000,000 person survey to be accurate.

Also, with regard to potential biases (because it wasn't randomized), I also explained that just because you have a preference one way or another doesn't prevent you from reading particular articles. I've read up on X for WiiU and I look into XBone updates to be in the know regarding what it offers....I have no intention of getting a WiiU or Xbone at this moment in time, but that doesn't prevent me from reading articles related to them. So the "only people with interest in the PS4 are the readers" argument kinda doesn't apply.
