Forums - Nintendo - Sonic Boom - I'm looking forward to it, are you?

Why would be I looking forward to a Sonic game? I've been disappointed too many times.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

It's been a bit snowed in by Mario Kart 8 today. I'm not that into Sonic much, but the developers being ex-Naughty Dog keep me slightly interested. I still can't get over how Sonic in that trailer at 00:29 looks like a caveman though...

Yeah, since I found out who is behind it.

Yeah im excited. Its going to be the first Sonic game I've played in a while.

As much as I dislike the character design, the game itself still looks great.

It's also got a strong pedigree and could be the Sonic spin off that Sega (and Wii U) need to finally get things back on track.

RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.

i'll get it eventually--probably a couple months after launch.

I think it could be really good...its just a question of whether the devs have enough time and money to meet that potential. The trailer has some good things and some bad things in it so it could go either way

Must be 3DS for this (and many others) game.

Think it's had a 3 year dev cycle? If they can't perfect it in that time...

yeah, but that trailer didn't look like a game that had been in development for two years...
