Not in the slightest. Even if it garners universal acclaim from critics and users I'll still approach the game with unwavering pessimism.

I think it looks cool.
The people who are making it seem well capable of providing an en-joyous experience

I am not a fan of the redesign, but I am interested in it.

After Lost World, I'm cautious, but the talent behind it is certainly encouraging.

I hope whatever the next Sonic game is after Boom will have Chaos. People have been asking for it for years, and always we're disappointed ;_;.

Knuckles' design not withstanding, sure, I'd give it a chance. Thing is, Sega has proven over the last many years that they simply do not seem to be capable of making truly great games themselves anymore. Sometimes they even seem to struggle with just making GOOD games. So a new development studio, made up of former people who worked on stuff like Crash Bandicoot and Jak & Daxter, working on a new Sonic Platformer? Sure. It's GOT to be at least decent, you'd think.

Need to see more of it. Hopefully Nintendo re-releases a trailer without that horrible music that was present during the announcement. Where's the Direct? :(

While I will purchase it day-one, "looking forward to" is a bit strong for me.

I will try it, though, because I support efforts made on the Wii U, especially exclusives

The team developing this game makes me somewhat optimistic, but it is a Sonic game... And Sonic games at best has been mediocre for the past decade...

I'm a bit cautious after Sonic Lost World, but I'm definitely open to getting it if it turns out well. Just need to see more footage closer to release.
