Most likley it wont, maybe if it was only available on X1.

It's not secret that Titanfall will sell more than SS. Anybody saying otherwise is in denial and I'm a PS fanboy.

Anyways, Titanfall is an FPS, gamers are addicted to FPSs and the Xbox brand is pretty much the king of FPSs. SS will sell well, probably better than its previous installments but it's pretty delusional to think it can ever outsell Titanfall.

That being said, I'm not too worried. The Xbox can take the US and UK, I ain't sweating.

Titanfall is releasing at a perfect timing, software drought, couple of real bad or just not up to expectation cod release in a row, buggy bf4, bad ps4 fps (kz), everything is aligned to make Titanfall a very successful release.

Next week cant come soon enough, already getting a bit tired of PvZ, these games get old quick for me but i must admit I got a pretty good time with it on xb1. Now bring me my Titanfall copy.

Ps: pre ordered xb1 copy from Microsoft webstore for the 10$ xbl + free release date delivery, anyone tried microsoft website for pre order? I'm affraid not to get it release day, seems to good of a deal to be true...

Just wondering whats the highest selling console online only shooter?

Have you played it ?  lets face it its $60 for online only.  Bunldes will help but X1 low sales will hinder that.  Its on PC and 360, while PS4 is more then doubling X1 sales.  A hell of a lot in reality stand in the way of awesome TF sales.

Also xbox king of shooters is not really true anymore, Ghost and BF4 sold only around 50k and 100k more on X1 in NA and the lead is falling each week. No where like the last gen where 360 would easily double the PS3 version sales.

Shouldn't the thread title be "Xbox One is Doomed!!! Titanfall pre-orders only 130K more than SS"?

But seriously, Considering the sales of inFamous 2, SS pre-order numbers are impressively high. Whereas I think Titanfall pre-order numbers are at the high end of what should be expected for a much hyped FPS. I think quite a few people (me included, though that won't be counted in USA sales figures) are looking to get a PS4 at or soon after SS launch, it's the one advantage SS has over TF, that it is an existing franchise so it has an established fanbase who are probablyl holding off buying PS4 until SS launches, a bit like there are lots of Halo fans who will hold off buying Xb one (and hopefully see a price cut too) until Halo 5 launches. So I expect as much of a PS4 boost on SS release week as there will be for TF release week.

Infamous 2 did 1.65 millions.

Titanfall should be compared to COD. As it's a new Ip it will do less tough. This is not comparable.

Maybe because it's so ultra hyped that it is natural to have so many preorders? Also, if the game somehow flops (which I doubt) there won't be many sales after that. Perhaps that's false because of the console bundle, though.

Killzone has never been and probably never will be huge in US, and honestly it came out when both BF4 and CoD did for this gen, meaning it got swallowed up by the two behemouths.
