I really think Xbox One will win this gen in USA. I mean come on, only 300k units difference. Halo 5 and 50$ price cut and easy win.

I actually agree with you.

What the PS4 has done over these last few months is crazy, i don't think anyone saw it coming. Sony really needs to push on to keep the momentum going.

As it stands now though i think MS has more options to spur on sales. Pricecut, Kinect games, system sellers like Titanfall and Halo etc. X1 really should win the US, especially considering how pro 360 US was.

You don't think the X1 is doomed because of ONE game's preorders? I'm not saying it is doomed but that's quite a leap of logic right there.

If MS were serious about 'winning' the US they'd drop the price by $100 when Titanfall drops, as otherwise they're just going to fall further and further behind as Sony simply has more software coming to keep base sales ok during summer compared to Xbox as Titanfall alone won't be enough to sustain Xbox sales in summer (Hell I don't even think it will help Xbox gain any significant ground back in the US during its launch month).

I honestly think that if titanfall had been multiplatform it would have sold more on ps4. If you looney the numbers for destiny and watch dogs the ps4 is leading.

It was a good idea for ms to snatch up titanfall.

I don't think that either system is going to dominate like the 360 did last gen

Cause TitanFall is gonna be bigger and will have more sales than SS

And I would not be surprised if the X1 version alone sells more than SS

FPS in US will sell more.

BTW the Xbone is overtracked in US by NPD numbers.

What do you mean X1 is selling fine in the US while still be 100 more than PS4. If anything MS needs to focus more on Europe were the One is really losing a lot of ground to PS4. Price drop in all European markets would help a lot. Also they need to release in more markets to help the bottome line. 

Yes One will win USA (NA) in the long term but with a smaller margin than PS3/360 gen and that's the important point !

Why Titanfall preorders > inFamous ?

Titanfall = shooter = USA = home of shooters

inFamous has 200k+ preorders and that's great because inFamous 2 has " only " < 200k preorders !
