If true, very cheap compared to other stuff we have seen the industry do as of recent...but for a Sonic game, this is probably rather expensive.

Nintendo and PC gamer

good luck.

"Hardware design isn’t about making the most powerful thing you can.
Today most hardware design is left to other companies, but when you make hardware without taking into account the needs of the eventual software developers, you end up with bloated hardware full of pointless excess. From the outset one must consider design from both a hardware and software perspective."

So long, Sega.

So they'd have to sell anything from 650k-1million units to see a profit? Seems pretty confident considering how Lost World sold.

Have some time to kill? Read my shitty games blog. http://www.pixlbit.com/blogs/586/gigantor21

lost world had already shipped 640k digital + retail on wii u + 3ds by december 31. considering it will leg out much more than that, it's a solid investiment.

For that genre I'm pretty sure it's pretty average

Skylanders (without the production of the toys)
Knack
Rayman Legends
LEGO anything (without the licenses)

You do realize this financial practices been done plenty of time before, for example Metro: Last Light. Beside, if this game become a success, then this could be a huge profit for the Naughty Dog Vet. company Big Red Button off the ground ro developed more games.

Don’t follow the hype, follow the games
