Shouldn't freaking Nintendo advertise it? I mean they are making it exclusive to the wii u, it's the least Nintendo should do

You expect Nintendo to advertise?
Current gaming platforms - Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U, New 3DS, PC
A lot of money, it should go multiplatform to try and recoup the costs I think.
So they must charge for every copy sold a million?

We'll they should, wii u has so little 3rd party exclusives let alone support...
so the little games they do get should be advertised to hell and back by them

For both versions?
Really on the cheap side, Lost world we can assume was even cheaper to make

errr...why should it be Nintendo's responsibility to advertise someone elses game? I mean, Nintendo likely paid Sega to make the game in the first place, shouldn't it be Sega's responsibility to market their own games? The only time a console holder should market someone else's games are if it is a multiplatform game and they want to increase their playerbase (for example, MS paying for the commercials that talk about exclusive DLC and whatnot).
I've never understood this way of thinking @.@
Why does this feel like Sega and Sonic's version of this. Maybe they can pull it off though

Unless Nintendo is publishing the game (which they aren't) they don't need to advertise the game, it's fully Sega's job.
Bayonetta 2 advertisment for example is indeed fully done by Nintendo, because they are publishing it.
