OP: Yeah this is bad news, DLC should be done the ND way, resonably priced for a few years and then made free for everyone to enjoy when sales are almost dead anyway.

I've never played GT6, unfortunately. But I can imagine what some guys are thinking right now.

Okay, see...it's moves like this that reminds me to not by online-only games at full price (Destiny & The Division come to mind...*smh*).

What happens when PS Now is rolled out with games that have multiplayer discontinued? This is just ridiculous... :-/

Shutting down online is one thing (still stupid for a not that old title) but making all DLC unavailable is just messed up.

Depends what you consider an upgrade. Forza 5 was designed from the ground up, looks amazing and has great new features.

GT6 is more of the same and an excuse to shut down GT5 servers.

Well lets put some context. Most games have a dead population after three years.

However, less than a year ago Sony bragged that 100K people still play GT5 daily, it was still selling, and they even bundled it in 2013!
