I'm a Nintendo fanboy, I grew up with them, I've owned every console since SNES.

I always hated seeing Doom threads about Nintendo.... I thought they were ridiculous.

But fuck, I'm starting to believe them now... Getting really worried about them.

It's a shame too, their Wii U system is fantastic.

Nintendo isn't doomed... they are making more money than sony in almost every quarterly reports even though the ps3 is doing so damn well and the wiiU is failing... they are just not gonna sell very well this console generation but they are gonna sell amazingly well on the handheld generation

Well, see how it go's over christmas, think we all expect an increase in sales over Christmas, then how it does over 2014 with mario kart and smash bros coming out etc

Nintendo is always doomed.

Every video game company out there is doomed.

They aren't doomed because of how they operate -- Unfortunately, I don't see them as a legitimate market leader for years to come because of how they operate.

To use a baseball analogy, Nintendo is a single hitter who occasionally finds a nut and hits a home run. Microsoft / Sony are homerun hitters who swing for the fences and either strike out or hit homeruns but even when they fail they can usually bring home some RBI's.

Two different approaches.

Posting this now is kinda silly, its not doing as well as a new console should be doing but compare it to over a month ago, its doing so much better! (excluding japan)
