I'm laughing at people who already sold their 360 and cancelled their Gold memberships.

you should have seen that fat guy on youtube who axed his 360 once he heard the rumors of the DRM and always online. i wonder how the fuck he feels right now haha

He's an actor, and I'm pretty sure it was a broken 360.

So, neutral.

broken or not that shit was funny!

So I'm curious, cause you wanted to skip both Xbone and PS4. And now they are pretty much the same in terms of DRM policies, used games, online etc. Will you buy the PS4 as well?

Nope. I already stated in the past 4 years that the PS3 will most likely be my last HOME console from Sony. That might change but with the Xbox One just got rid of their dumb policies I don't see that happening anytime soon or ever.

People actually (I know the OP said he would) did that? And so soon at that?

A bunch of people on Reddit at least claimed to have done it. Nobody I know in person. A couple of examples I could find in a minute are below.

Love and tolerate.

Just pray Microsoft doesnt shove DRM back down your throat when they have the console safe.

And i tell you, i'm sure they will.

I'm back in the Xbox camp after the news of today.

I was on the fence, but now I will definitely get one. I'm still not buying one at launch though :p

You really think they did this because they are listening to their fans? They did this because Sony had too many advantages.
-No DRM
-Lower Price
-More Power

They eliminated one of those advantages Sony had and no it can actually be a competition. Microsoft doesn't care about you, they care about sales. By now they already have pre-order data and I'm betting they were horrified at how fast the Xbox brand was being destroyed.

Maybe he feels like hes the whole reason it happened.

At least it was the various drastic reactions people had which made MS change it's policies.
