That's not really the point.
Nintendo said in an Nintendo Direct that certain upcoming WiiU games will be playable for the masses at Best Buy (not E3). So people hoped for a short demo of... Smash Bros., Mario U, Mario Kart U and the like.
Wind Waker HD is at the moment the only that has a late 2013 release date (though the Wonderful 101 had a later US release date than I expected) and where people didn't see a lot of gameplay already.
I mean the idea was to attract more people to the console and showing The Wonderful 101, New Super Luigi U and maybe even Pikmin 3, shouldn't have that much of an effect for new customers (in case this rumor is true).
