I have Proof that this document is indeed fake!
the poster clearly says "play first in Wheaton". Wheaton is a City in Illinois.
But after checking the locations of the Nintendo experience on the homepage of BestBuy, I couldn't find Wheaton in the list!

Sorry my mistake!! I found out there is another City in Maryland named Wheaton which is listed as a location! xD would have been nice though :p
