A few other games that were very good but not listed include, Deadly Creatures, Epic Mickey, the Trauma series especially Trauma Team, all of the Call of Duty titles were superb ports, plus a lot of on rail titles mainly House of Dead: Overkill, Dead Space: Extraction and Resident Evil: Umbrella and Darkside Chronicles.

Thank you! I don't meet many who share my love for this game. It's criminally underrated in my opinion.

Other Great third party games:

GoldenEye 007

Pandora's Tower

Project Zero 2

Red Steel 2

Silent Hill Shattered Memories

Sin and Punishment

Tatsunoko vs Capcom

The Last Story

Trauma Center

Xenoblade Chronicles.

Not sure if it's third party as Nintendo now owns the IP and published the game, but once again I'm very happy to see someone else who has actually played (and likes) this amazing game. It's such a hidden gem even most hardcore Wii gamers seem not to know it exists.

You're right i forgot Nintendo bought this IP, i didn't realize about the others i mentioned. Yes i really like PZ2! Many complain about it's controls but i got used to it and enjoyed it! Too bad Nintendo didn't localize Fatal Frame 4. (PZ4) Hopefully they'll release it sometime later for WiiU.

I've played Fatal Frame 4, and I actually like it even more than PZ2. The controls are tighter and the graphics more polished. It's a crying shame it wasn't released outside Japan as its the finest horror game of this generation in my book.

I voted for MHT...
But I also really love Epic Mickey...
I think Sonic Colors deserves a little love too...
And regarding Fatal Frame/Project Zero, I don't see why they would localize Spirit Camera, but not Fatal Frame 4 or Fatal Frame 2 (in the US)...
I know they didn't have a whole lot else to offer on the 3DS at the time, but it still sees logically inconsistent...

Have a nice day...

The Wii 3rd party support was beyond terrible, in my opinion. When the marked leader only has about 20-30 3rd party games worth buying over a 5-6 year period, something has gone terribly wrong.

Of course all these game aren't for the "hardcore gamer", they aren't all 5 star AAA games, but if you're in the demographic they're all pretty good.

I really enjoyed Goldeneye 007 when it came out. The campaign was good, the controls worked well, it had splitscreen multi, and the worked well and was incredibly addicting.

It's a really good game that I enjoyed thoroughly.

Save for Xenoblade Chronicles (first-party all the way), I would say so. They certainly aren't third party, to be sure.

Sin and Punishment was made by Treasure who makes games from Microsoft and Sony, so they are third party. The same with the Last Story, Mistwalker is third party. Third don't equal multi-platform, just that they can work with who they want to, which is getting rare in this day and age.

Xenoblade is made by Monolith Soft who is a first party developer.

The problem is that more than half of those are not worth buying. He is very correct.

The Wii has more than enough games to justify itself, but please do not try and argue that the Wii has had strong 3rd party support at any point in its life.

While there are plenty of other things I disagree with about that list, this is a dirty lie, spread by facist fifth-columnists whose sole purpose in life is to destroy every trace of magic and happiness in the world.

Don't believe the lie!

lol. It got reviewed very unfairly. If it's not a remake, it's definitely a re-release with new content and updates.

I mostly agree, except that Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands was at least as good as the other versions. Metacritic (and various review sites) will back me up on this. One thing is for sure - it's not the same game, which is probably its best asset.
