I don't know about you guys, but I'm still reeling from the Lucasfilm news. I just never thought I would see Lucasfilm sold in my lifetime.
And as much as the Star Wars prequels left me disappointed, I'm cautiously optimistic about Episode VII. I really hope Hamill, Ford, and Fisher sign on in some form or another.
But anyway, it's as good a reason as any to talk Star Wars. I was wondering how everyone ranks the six movies. Talking to my friends and reading reviews, there doesn't really seem to be a consensus on how they should be ranked. Some people despise the entire prequel trilogy, yet some critics really endorsed Revenge of the Sith. The New York Times argued it was better than A New Hope. Also, some people adore Return of the Jedi, but others think it was ruined by furry Ewoks.
So how would you rank them? Which is the best? Which is the worst? And what's in between? And, more importantly, why?
