^^ Actually I don't think it's worth it to have any movie in Blu-Ray. The only Blu-Ray movies I have were either gifts or bought on sale.

I thought you were going to pick Debbie Does Dallas or some other corny 70's porn.

Here is something I found online in case you really were wondering.

"Whether they’re tied up in legal battles, owned by companies that no longer exist, or embarrass someone with power, these orphan titles remain out of the grasp of most home-video consumers."

AS for your Emanuelle (used to be the Queen of late night Cinemax) movie it is on sale at amazon! Tell us how that goes for you...

Lol! Almost a Love Story. Great!

$110 for Region 1, or $11 for Region 2... the fuck?

I watched the first Aladdin movie a few months ago. Old Disney movies are awesome.

A Bridge Too Far, 6-8 years ago IIRC. the rental store didn't have it on DVD and luckily we still had our VCR.

we still have our Disney VHS, but there's no way to watch them now lol

The first Aladdin is an incredible movie. The others were a big letdown. The reason I'm holding on to my VHS copy of Aladdin is because it's the French version dubbed in Quebec so I'm scared that if I buy the DVD version I'll get stuck with the version dubbed in France which would be quite intolerable.

a life performance of Amazing Jonathan which i recorded several years ago from TV and which i just now found on youtube

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

So is this a sad day or a happy day for you, all in all?

Sad that you have to throw your VHS version away now, but happy you found a replacement.

oh, in still have lots of VHS tapes all the anime tapes i bought, or imported, i'm not watching them but i'm not going to throw them away either yet, they have sentimental value.

i trew away the Movies i recorded myself from TV though
