Because if you have a really good PC, the only exclusives that are big hitters that you miss out on are:
Halo, Gears and Forza.
Whilst on the PS3...
Uncharted, God of War, Killzone, Littlebigplanet, Gran Turismo and the final installment in the Metal Gear Solid franchise is there. Not only is that twice the amount of the 360 exclusives, they also have a more critical acclaim to the titles (eg. LBP being 2008 GOTY by most sites and Uncharted 2 being 2009 GOTY by most sites). Metacritic wise aswell... The probably biggest reason is also the diversity of the exclusives truly having something for everyone. Adventure, Shooter, Platformer, Simulator, Hack n Slash, Stealth all of them being considerd as amazing games that alone could justify a purchase of the console. The future is also seeming nice with Starhawk, Twisted Metal making a return for all the hardcore PS1-PS2 people, THE LAST GUARDIAN... Oh and awesome collections of the greatest PS2 games...
However..
"especially Germany, France, Italy, Spain"
Gran Turismo brother, Gran Turismo.
Also, I think the PS3 people will run their mouth more considering we're hyped for all the exclusives we get. Even those that aren't critically acclaimed (eg: Heavy Rain, InFAMOUS, MAG, Resistance, Motorstorm etc.)
I mean only this year alone, we've had:
InFAMOUS 2, Killzone 3, LBP2, Resistance 3, Motorstorm Apocalypse
While 360 hasn't had ANYTHING aside from a month ago when Gears 3 and now Forza 4 is about to release.
We also still have Uncharted 3 to go and next year, we're already hyping The Last Guardian, Twisted Metal and Starhawk.
Basically, we have more to talk about and not just mere speculations as we all know Microsoft tactics are different and they announce things closer to release.
Quality and Quantity (if you base it as i do, eg. awards) is in favour of the PS3. It's really hard to deny that.
