it's "historical" fact, Playstation was the 1st with PS one in 1995 to flood the market  the French market with new kind of game like Tomb raider, FIFA soccer games,... and SONY had e better image Brand than Microsoft Product for People,

European peopol are more attached to the brand than other (this is a old country), and SONY Pricing Strategy Market was beter

Morgan web is still the biggest troll this gen but yea N4G has VGC beat. i've never been  to the forums on gamespy but in the articals i see little to no signs of trolling.

i almost went back to gamespy to leave VGC but i have good friends and good times here.

I don't know but both are great so its not a bad choice either way. The only bad choice is not getting both of them.

I'm a retailer and i can tell you why people buy PS3s in my shop.

It's for one and only one reason, free internet gaming.

I have'nt seen one customer in the last 3 years at least that didnt buy it for this reason.

No... not at all.  It's just that sony is a bigger brand over here and playstation is a better known franchise. And about the OPs points.
I could easily argue that PS3 has the much better library; God of war, Heavy rain, Uncharted, Gran turismo, LittleBigPlanet, killzone, Resistance, Infamous, Yakuza etc.

Xbox live isn't leaps and bounds infront of psn, the only real difference I can think of in Cross Game Chat. And psn is free.

why are you just saying Europe, the fact is its most of the world that prefers the PS3 over the Xbox360. If it wasnt for the massive preferance for the 360 over the PS3 in the US the PS3 sales would be miles more than the 360 worldwide. You talk about the the 360 having a great libary of games but seem to be forgeting or are just being stubborn that the PS3 has an Amazing libary of games, Infact i'd say its better than the 360's simply because there's more variety. But both have great exclusives.

As for the online department the advatage that the 360 has over the PS3 is cross-game chat and thats the only advantage, other than that there exactly the same, Sometimes games on either console might have more players online than the other due to software sales.

It's a shame that he gets points for that eh.
