Ofcourse GOW3 has more pre-orders than Uncharted as that's the only exklusive xbox360 game(and Forza 4) that is annonced and is releasing this year. We ps3 gamers are more split as their are more games.

It's ovvertracking Reach by a mile! There is no way Uncharted will be bigger than this! Oh and btw the Reach sales at around the same period of time.

The only reason Gears 3 is out pacing Reach at this moment is because of the beta. If Reach aloud you to get the beta for pre-ordering it would have been much larger. Gears 3 will have a huge launch week, but not as big as Reach. I predict 3 million first week and 2 million more than Gears 2 lifetime.

when is it coming out?

April 19th, so it still has some weeks before launch and a few games on the list will be out of it, so I think it has a chance. I find it hard to believe it doesn't have at least 30k preorders.

ya gears beta is approaching and preorders double. When the halo reach beta was announed with odst, odst sales tripled for a few weeks and odst was quite a bit more expencive then a preorder then. Not going to be close to as big as reach. It will still have the biggest opening for an exclusive on the hd consoles this year though.

Comparing Gears of War 3 and Halo: Reach pre-orders... WOW. Halo Reach only gained 4k with 27 weeks left (1/6th of Gears 3), and only had 43k total (1/5th of Gears 3). It was also 11th place, and didn't sequre 1sts until After Starcraft 2 launched.

Wow if Gears 3 keeps this up, nevermind 7 million, it may break 10! However keep in mind, Halo: Reach's release date was only just announced at this time, and it's beta was less hyped and not dated. Then again ODST did have Reach Beta promo codes..

I don't think Gears will be as big as Reach, but this will be the biggest Gears to date, and I think Reach will be sub-Halo 3. So these two franchises will be closer in sales then ever before (ODST and Wars are not mainstream Halo games, just like Exile is probably not a mainstream Gears title)/

Also, still no 3DS games! WOW Next week, surely there will be a 3DS game, as 5 games are leaving the Pre-Orders this week. I hope Forza 4 and Duke Nukem enter the list soon too.

I know the game won't sell tens of millions, but I'm glad to see Deus Ex up there in the top 20. Hopefully this game will be a success on the PC too

I have no idea what point youre trying to make...

me either? i just went with it, and posted on wht was given! it took awhile.

I am talking about how gears is overtracking Reach in preorder charts.
