I believe TES V will sell at least 6 million on consoles alone.

It's the most anticipated multiplatform game.

It's not a stupid comparision, it's logical. Comparing the console with the most million sellers this gen to the console with the most million sellers last gen. Makes perfect sence, and as we can see the 360 only has about half as many million sellers as the PS2. So if the 360 were to beat the PS2, it would have to double what it's done, which would be very difficult, maybe even impossible.

What is interesting is that all three current gen consoles have more million sellers then the Gamecube (42), and X-Box (50), and that the 360 actually has double as many million sellers as it's predesessor, yet still a little short of double it's sales.

Oblivion sold over 5.2 mill despite a staggered launch for the PS3 version and Fallout 3 is already at 5.5 mill and will certainly reach 6 million lifetime.

No, I'm afraid you are mistaken. Using the PS2's sucess to make it look like a console that is actually doing very well, isn't doing so is a common way of trolling.

I think there will be atleast 7 more million sellers by the end of the year. (Reach, CoD:BO, Fable 3, Medal of Honor, Fallout NV, Assassin's Creed BH, and Kinect Adventures.)

By the way, I don't think Banjo Kazooie N&B bundles were counted. That should be well into a million already.

My intention was not to boast 360's popularity by being amazed at the number of million sellers, but to show that the difference between the number of million sellers on the PS2 versus the 360 is still very large. I thought it would be interesting to compare 360 sales to Playstation 2 sales, as they are still very far behind.

Lol about Dreamcast, but I dunno if it counts as a last gen console. It was released to compete against Nintendo 64, and died only a year or two after the gamecube was released. Technically I feel that the Gamecube was the system with the least number of million sellers, and comparing PS3 to that is reasonable. The difference is 20 games from PS3 to gamecube in PS3's favor.

I've been to the top of Mt. Kilamanjaro, thats hardly an achievement. It's a 5 day hike. lol

However an 80 year old one legged veteran climbing Mt Kilamanjaro.... thats an achievement, even if it took 10 days.
