Looks pretty darn smooth to me... granted, I have spent the past thirty minutes deeply focused on Yooka Replayee (NS2) footage following the latest 60fps patch— this is a game running at 720p 60fps for reference.
On the topic of this footage: What's really important to keep in mind is that AFAIK YouTube doesn't support streaming over 60fps. This is where these current gen FH games really shine.
I believe that is 30 FPS with ultra fidelity and RT maxed out or something like that. I could be wrong but seeing and feeling are two very different things, actually playing at game at 30 fps is fucking horrible.
It looks smooth at times, but also a bit choppy at times. Might just be because of the high speed and the more mechanical movement of a car.


Looks perfectly fine to me; my main system is Switch 2 and I still regularly play systems like the PS4, Xbox One, PS3, 360, etc so I'm used to 30fps.
