It’s a YouTube video, so it was never going to look perfectly smooth given the 60fps limit. That said, I was surprised to see it running at just 30fps.
Then again, I don't play racing games and don't know how those type of games look at different frame rates.
But, this became immediately noticeable when I used Lossless Scaling frame gen on the video to push the fps up to 60fps and then 120fps.
