These were the terms we agreed to. I'm not the one who necessarily was looking for it. We'll get digital numbers too, but I'm expecting around 925k retail with a near sell out.

That is exactly what was bet upon, so he would lose. I cant disagree as you speak the truth. I believe 850-950k is the retail sold first 2 days, but to be fair alot of major retailers reporting sold out day 1, and its hard to meet the supply. Well congratulations, in a funny way, you both won the bets, but yours truly wins as he should of included digital. The game did indeed sell 1mil with digital, as stated directly from nintendo while also announcing over 1mil retail shipped. Its probably a 99% sell out by now.

Nice. Biggest opening for Smash Bros. in Japan, on the highest install base the series has ever been on. It's no Mario Kart with incredibly significant legs, but it'll hopefully sell well through time. Too bad the Wii U version won't sell anywhere near that much FW.

Looks like Smash Bros. on handhelds is a success, contrary to what some were saying months ago. I wonder what the FW will be like in NA/EU.

great sales for Smash 3Ds. when does Smash Wii U would come out for Japan? i was guestimating it would be around 300,000 on its first week for the Wii U.

i hope it could have a bundle too, that would help to bring the console sales up.
