Speaking of Gigginox, while other monsters seem to have gotten nerfed, they seem to have made Gigginox yet more aggravating than she once was, unless i suppressed my old memories of her. She seems to spam some of her meaner attacks (like that poison belly flop) more often, and i don't remember the whole "turn black for harder hide" thing.

couldn't get the majestic horn too drop from diablos today too complete my diablos armor set, so i forged a durmboros waist instead. will keep trying too get it, but for now this will do, almost done with hr2 and soon yeah hr3.

I just finished HR2 earlier today, finally getting someone to do Gigginox with me.

Not sure if i should make Ingot Armor, or just jump straight to High Rank at this point.

I think thats the same time for both regions so in maybe 14-16h for the patch to hit live.

Nah, I always remember Gigginox being a venomous bitch. I don't think she's any harder, but she doesn't seem much easier, either.

Y'know, I was feeling pretty good about my defense until an enraged HR Rathian tail swiped 1/3 of my health away. I think I might just give her space when she's pissed off. There's a life lesson there, gentlemen: When confronted with an angry lady, best to just put your sword away. She's not going to appreciate its fine craftsmanship or symbolic power.
