New Coke did suck. It sucked in the sense that Coca-Cola sold out to the public by trying to make it taste more like Pepsi. If I'm in the mood for drinking a Pepsi, I'll have a Pepsi. If I'm in the mood for a Coke, I'll have a Coke. I don't want to drink a can of Coke and wonder if I'm drinking Pepsi or not. This is why new Coke sucks. It would be like Sony and Microsoft trying to make motion controls in order to compete with the Wii. It would turn off the fanbase of those respective companies and then they'd have to go back to what they did well.

I don't understand this logic. By that same standard, Rock Band and Monster Hunter 3 are unnecessary on the Wii as the primary controlllers for those games are a Guitar/Drums/Mic and Classic controller respectively. I'd rather devs focus on making the best game they can rather than implement motion and IR where it may not enhance the experience. It's their call, and your objection is awfully silly without knowing their reasons for not implementing it.

Completely different games. This is akin to saying that, having played Sonic the Hedgehog, you have zero need for Mario Galaxy.

People care about Little Kings Story. People are buying it.

Reviewers and 'popular' people don't care about it. AKA, the people who go around hyping games with big media budgets and tons of good graphics.

What does this have to do with anything?  Also, there's better RTS games than Starcraft.  As is a core argument being made in this thread, popularity doesn't make a game the best, or the reason you should play it.
