Square Enix was so good about the first two parts of the trilogy. No downloads, it's all on 2 discs. Some really, really go for physical because of resale, box art, etc.
For me, unless it's at a discount, I've very rarely gotten physical games that don't have the whole game available offline. I see the point, and it's better than digital-only. Still, not usually a point for me. I don't have the first two parts physically, so I'll probably only go physical for the third if they make some big set with at least 5 discs.
We've got a repeat of 2024 where a Persona remake comes out in February and a FF7 remake part comes out after. Granted, this one is April instead of late February so my wallet will not be screaming as much as it was in February 2024 as far as game purchases go.
