How has Sony NOT released PSN / PS Store in these countries? 

I wonder how many countries the Xbox Store and Nintendo eShop aren't available in. Though, I do know Xbox doesn't care what region/country you set your console to. So you can get around living in a country without official support. 

Yep; wait it out til people get bored and move on to the next big outrage.

That will of course happen, but it doesnt mean people will accept it. Sony wont listen until it starts hurting their income.

I counted and if I'm right for Nintendo it's 52, soon to be 54 with Saudi Arabia and Philippines. For XBOX it's 87 countries, though some will only support the XBOX App on PC, and some while they support console and PC don't support Cloud. For people who think their account/digital library is secure and Sony will never, ever even think to take your games away… think again. Here’s people who one way or another literally had their “licenses” (because that’s what Sony wants to call them to tell you you own nothing) stolen, get this, because their accounts were hacked. Sony told them “too bad, rebuy all your digital games” even after recognizing their account was hacked and “illegal” activity and/or unauthorized purchases were made by somebody else on their account or they couldn’t be reached after their account was hacked and banned (but God forbid you let the bank handle it then). One guy literally had a digital game vanish from his account after purchasing.

I got suspended for no reason and I don’t know why

My daughter’s account got hacked and banned

Someone hacked my PlayStation account and it got banned

Nah, I'm starting to think if the next Playstation flops it will be because of price.

The digital-only thing sucks, but people wouldn't stop purchasing their games and consoles if it's good.

Would Nintendo fans refuse to purchase a digital-only Switch 3 when a new mainline Zelda, Mario or Pokémon gets announced? I doubt it.

As soon as great games from good franchises keep coming, people will jump in.

Yeah, I think price will be de determinant factor here. Not the lack of discs.

Sony probably figures not many people in those countries could afford a $1000 PS6, so why bother.
