Cuttthroat Island was one for me too, always had a blast with it and had no clue it wasn't well liked.

The 13th Warrior was another favourite of mine once I was a little older but still a kid, underrated movie that didn't deserve to flop.

I loved (and still enjoy) Jaws the Revenge (and to a lesser extent, Jaws 3-D) when I was younger. The death scenes are pretty brutal. But yeah, I grew up and discovered Revenge is generally considered one of the worst films of all time.

I haven't watched anything past the first Jaws, but I'll always remember Jaws: The Revenge for 2 things.

Michael Caine saying "oh sh**!" and getting a salary of over a 1 million (unadjusted for inflation mind you) and using the money to buy his mother a house to live her final years in.

The Black Cauldron is a reversal for me. I didn't care much for it as a kid because of how dark it was, but nowadays I appreciate it for being more mature than other Disney movies, and for giving it's antagonist the most brutal death out of any Disney villain.

Look Who's Talking was always a cute and funny movie to me as a kid. A baby with the voice of Bruce Willis, John Travolta, and Kirstie Alley being very charming. I even thought the sequel with Rosanne Barr as the baby sister was neat. Third movie sucked though.

Romeo and Juliet, the one with DiCaprio. Thought it was a really cool take on that story and I still like it today, but most think it's mid.

Also Cool World, Lawnmower Man and Bebe's Kids get honorable mentions.

Disney's Robin Hood is a highly underrated take on Robin Hood.

It has an IMDB score of 7.5 !!!

I thought this thread is dedicated to bad rated movies (IMDB score up to 4.9) or rated mediocre (IMDB score up to 5.9).

Or did you mean a live action Robin Hood movie from Disney?

No, apparently the Disney animated Robin Hood had a low rating on Rotten Tomatoes, which isn't really saying much considering how unreliable Rotten Tomatoes has been lately.

It's one of my least-viewed WDAS films. I think I watched it twice as a kid and once as an adult. Even their package features from the 1940s I have seen more.

Its deeply troubled production history is more interesting than the actual film. I wish the producer still had the deleted scenes somewhere even if they were backed up on a VHS or in black and white. We don't know if he does.
