People confirm that the 10$ price tag for Welcome Tour is fine, if it's the best selling download-only game.

This.

Yes, a lot of people have issues with the price (understandably so). But either they just bought it anyway or there's plenty of people who barely complained about it, if ever.

Switch 2: 120 million (was 116 million)

PS4: 120 mil (was 100 then 130 million, then 122 million) Xbox One: 51 mil (was 50 then 55 mil)

Thats great. Not interested in this title myself, but I want Level 5 to do well.

I do wonder how many of them simply turned their vest on that stance and bought it anyway ....

Anywoo, for all instance and purpose. Nintendo thought the asking price was what the software was worth to pay for and people are simply giving them the ok with. It's not really a big price really but it isn't Astro Bot Playroom either. Though arguably it also delves more in the technicalities of the system. I found that part quite fascinating in itself.

So anywayyyyy ... F**** that 2nd medal in the UFO dodging game 😂

Guys, if you have played and liked Undertale... Give Deltarune some love. Just finished Chapter 3. Wow. Just... Wow. Toby Fox and the rest of the team really outdid themselves here.

Yus taking my shower, played a bit more of Welcome Tour, finished the Right Joy-Con area (weird thing to say, I know) and I will continue my playthrough from where I left off with my pacifist run first.

Didn't Nintendo redo their best sellers to do based on revenue not units? If so that makes it even more impressive (and sad).

Deltarune is the top selling third party game.  It released on several platforms, but the release coincided with the Switch 2's launch.  Clearly Nintendo made some kind of deal with Toby Fox on the release date (and probably on revealing it during the Switch 2 presentation).  Looks like this deal worked out for both parties considering how well Deltarune is performing so far.

Welcome tour at number 1 is not unexpected, but also a sad state of the times that reinforces Nintendo's justification to continue it's shenanigans.

In the UK, the lists are mostly the same - with Mario Kart in first, Cyberpunk in second, and Fast Fusion is in third place overall, No Man's Sky has also entered the top ten, and Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S is listed as one of the most downloaded eShop titles in this location as well.

And with this we have covered the launch period, nothing really sticks out of the blue given the launch titles of the Switch 2.
