Surprised Trump hasn't tried to throw Tariffs on Australia.
If he does... He will lose out massively in the resource sector and we will just have stronger ties with China instead.

Pretty sure Trump and most in the USA that support tariffs aren't interested in levying them on Australia, New Zealand, European countries, Japan, South Korea, etc.
I think the only two allies they're cool with going to a trade war with are Mexico and Canada due to the fact that they border the USA. And these same people would probably be fine with the USA seizing Mexico and Canada as new territories or states of the USA. An American Empire, that is.
But in good news, Trump and Sheinbaum Pardo just came to an agreement that will pause US-Mexico tariffs for at least a month.

Well, Trump just did it again: like 4 years ago, he promised... and failed to make his promises the full 4 years.
Basically he will just resell the NAFTA treaty, AGAIN, as a "new victory" of him. Always the same. He is just a fraud with loud mouth and no balls.
Sorry MAGA followers.

At the cost of structural foreign relations damage with the two closest neighbors of the U.S.
OP. Let's remember that Xbox consoles, PC parts and Steam Deck are also made in China
You were always interested and very optimistic about Xbox sales, so it would be odd not to care.
Yeah, I see on your profile that you are currently into Steam and Xbox than Nintendo.

Ours did you say? We're a gigantic Country with 40mil people, all heavily dependent on automobiles, and we don't even have 1 mass manufacturer of our own.
-Well we'll go after Musks business Starlink, even though his sector of the U.S. Gov has nothing to do with tariffs, while hurting rural Canadians who's internet options are beyond pathetic and way overpriced. What about the man who's directly responsible for the tariffs, who also has a billion dollar business? What are we going to target Trumps businesses with you ask? Oh it's a doozy! ........Absolutely nothing. LOL.
Not surprised in the slightest that Trumps getting his licks in. We can't even stop beating ourselves up. Maybe we'll get some sense knocked into us this way.
And people wonder why we're in this mess. If only the schools and news organizations actually did their jobs and properly taught and informed the people.
Higher videogame prices in Canada really wouldn't matter anymore at this point. A PS5 is $150 more in Canada vs USA. Adding a bit more is going to make little difference. If someone is going to buy a console or games, they've simply got the money to do so and have made up their minds to make the purchase.
President Dumbo is just doing his theater act, he saw the stock market react badly to his tarriffs and quickly "made a token deal" to make it look like he's doing something as if this is a reality TV game show and people are too stupid to see through the act.
He knows full well he can't do anything to bring down inflation in the US, this is all a side show to distract from that. Pissing off allies though is probably not the smartest way to go given in the next decade+. The US is going to need all the friends they can get as China makes moves to cement itself as the new global superpower and is making headway with alliances like BRICS. Probably not very smart to start shitting on long standing alliances you have as it's one major advantage the US has had over China, the next president is likely going to a lot of work to do repairing all this shit.
