Today, my games disappeared from my collection on my profile. Only a few Final Fantasy games that I added are on there.

PS4: 120 mil (was 100 then 130 million, then 122 million) Xbox One: 51 mil (was 50 then 55 mil)

There would be backups for situations like that - I think something like that happened few years ago on PSN but it was fixed.

Anyways, I knew the topic was about the database because this thread is under website topics :P

The two recent downtimes we had were related to game collections, which got wiped in the process and had to be restored to back-ups.

I'm just relaying the info! @jlauro was the one who managed to restore the collections. And @Bandorr is helping him to try and prevent it happening again, though it sounds easier said than done!
