Double guess is kinda pushing it, but yeah, it is Majora's Mask.

I was thinking of the 'malformed star' boss when it came to Elden Ring:

But that is very beautiful and I had difficulty fighting it because I was distracted marveling at it's design. So it is not ugly.

#30 Another game about Dragons, it didn't make it into my top 50 list until after I replayed it in VR and will replay it again might it ever get a PSVR2 sense controller remake. However that's not likely to happen.
