I'm Day One for Laufey. I'm excited to see how SMS delivers this story and set up, and the implications it has on the future of the franchise.

I'd love to day 1 but I still haven't picked up either Astro Bot or Yotei yet.

I have to believe that a PS5 update for God of War is coming out. Would be strange to leave that 1 game of all games with only a PS4 and PC version. An upgrade to look closer, if not similar, to the PC version would be nice.

I'm not buying any of their first party games at launch or using PSN until they communicate better on their digital future, so the lineup is looking hot but I'll prioritise third party games or second hand titles. Even as an almost exclusively digital user the arrogance to so clearly ignore a huge portion of their core fan base puts a terrible taste in my mouth.

Halo, Ghost of Yotei (Second hand), StarFox, 007, Zelda OOT should carry me well into Q1.
Then Fable and FFVII Revelation should take me into the spring, where Imagine Kena will get a release and PS6 will be announced if still planned for 2027. 

Very curious about GTA6 but will skipping it at launch for the same reasons. I find the fear of leaks such a poor reason to skip a disc release altogether. Every single game goes through the same threat and the worst cases (TLOU2) happened way before any discs were pressed.

The question is if they will make it a single continuous experience or three separated games you start the order you want.

Hopefully it's the former because that would be awesome and big like a new game in the franchise.

God of War Trilogy and Mass Effect Trilogy are my favorite trilogies in video games. I hope Mass Effect will also have it one day.

Sony finally talked about the end of physical media... to investors, because fuck talking to customers at all.

Obviously no good question were asked so they never got pressed to actually give reasons about anything, and they are going to keep up with their bullshit.

I may come back when I get to play Laufey, or if it somehow miraculously change for good, but I'm leaving this thread, don't even want to think about this absolute piece of shit company right now, I love their devs and their games, so I'm very much looking foward to their last disc games, but these assholes on charge will destroy the industry and move on to another medium with their pockets full.
